Nighthawk Cyber Supports By Light Team in Alliant 3 GWAC Award

Orlando, FL — Orlando, FL — Nighthawk Cyber announced its role as a subcontractor supporting the By Light team following its recent award under the Alliant 3 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), a premier federal contract vehicle managed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).

The Alliant 3 GWAC is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to help federal agencies acquire complex, enterprise-wide IT solutions—including cybersecurity, cloud, data, and emerging technologies—quickly and at scale.

By Light Professional IT Services was named among the initial group of awardees selected through a highly competitive process, positioning the team to support mission-critical IT modernization efforts across the federal government.

Through this partnership, Nighthawk Cyber will contribute its expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and artificial intelligence solutions to help deliver innovative, mission-focused capabilities under the Alliant 3 vehicle.

“Being part of the By Light team on Alliant 3 expands our ability to support federal customers at scale,” said Nathaniel Wade, Nighthawk’s CEO. “This contract represents a critical pathway for accelerating secure, modern IT solutions across government, and we’re proud to play a role in that mission.”

Alliant 3 serves as a cornerstone of federal IT acquisition strategy, enabling agencies to streamline procurement, strengthen competition, and accelerate adoption of emerging technologies that support national security and operational effectiveness.
